1. Shipping Coverage

We ship domestically within the United States as well as internationally, depending on the destination and product availability.

We primarily use the following carriers for deliveries:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL Express

Carrier selection may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and operational availability.


2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Our daily order cutoff time is 6:00 PM Eastern Time (EST).

Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or when additional order verification is required.

4. International Shipping & Duties

For international shipments, customers may have the option to prepay duties and taxes during checkout depending on the destination country.

If duties and taxes are not prepaid, they may be collected by customs or the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.

GovB2BSupply.com is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees imposed by local authorities.

All international shipments include tracking information.


5. Shipping Insurance

Customers may choose to add shipment insurance during checkout.

Insurance coverage protects the declared value of the shipment in the event of loss or damage during transit, subject to the carrier’s insurance policies.


6. Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

If tracking shows that a package has been “Delivered” but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery location with the carrier
  3. Contact the carrier directly for confirmation

If the package is still missing, please contact our support team and we will assist with the carrier investigation.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:

  • delivery delays
  • additional shipping charges
  • returned shipments

GovB2BSupply.com is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
